How long does it take for Flex Seal products to fully cure?
Most of our sealants and adhesives dry to the touch within 2 to 3 hours, but we recommend allowing 24 to 48 hours for a full cure depending on temperature and humidity.
Can Flex Seal be applied to wet surfaces?
Yes, many of our products, including Flex Shot and Flex Glue, are specifically designed to be applied to wet surfaces and can even be used underwater.
What is your return policy for opened products?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the performance, please contact our support team for a return authorization, even if the product has been opened.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
Are Flex Seal products safe for use around food or drinking water?
Once fully cured, our standard sealants are non-toxic; however, they are not currently rated as food-safe or certified for direct contact with potable drinking water.
