Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused portion of your Flex Seal products in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package to our designated fulfillment center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received and processed safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
